His passion and commitment to making a difference has led him to develop a set of methods and tools and a system of thinking that has provided high payoff in Government and commercial arenas. His drive to constantly improve has not only led to innovative processes and products, but has also led the formation of partnerships to synthesize breakthrough capabilities to apply to new areas creating a major competitive advantage.

Mr. Goyak is routinely called upon to provide critical strategic thinking and a game plan to capture contracts worth up to tens of billions of dollars. Mr. Goyak is a passionate and high energy leader, innovator, and coach. Mark Bouck
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Mark Bouck is a results-oriented leader with 16 years experience in the IT Services Industry. He is a passionate leader with strong communication skills and a proven ability to build and motivate teams from the ground up. Mark is skilled at creating a solid vision and implementing corporate strategies throughout large groups. Prior to joining The Goyak Group, he held a number of executive level positions responsible for driving sales and operations with revenues that exceeded $250M for TEKsystems, an Allegis Group Company.

Mark has a proven track record of business development and problem resolution within Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Bouck graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Business.


James "Bart" Bartelloni
Vice President of Business Development
Bart is a high energy, results-driven leader with a record of success at developing and selling high-technology products to Fortune 1000 corporations, international companies and the US Government. His past entrepreneurial experience gives him solid qualifications to fuse the business offerings of The Goyak Group into a coherent and scalable solution for our clients.

Prior to joining The Goyak Group, Bart was Executive Vice President of Visual Training Solutions Group. VTSG was a software company that developed and sold PC-based training and simulation applications for advanced weapons and sensors. Bart and his business partner built the company from the ground up and successfully sold the company after 7 years. Before his business career, Bart was a TOPGUN qualified, US Navy Strike Lead F-14 Naval Aviator with extensive experience leading, planning and implementing US Aircraft Carrier strike plans in support of United States national interest. Bart is an entrepreneurial leader with outstanding communication, team building and negotiating skills with a tireless pursuit of client business growth and profitability.


Roger Roberts, PhD
President of Goyak Strategic Solutions
With over 20 years of experience in leading strategic campaigns within Aerospace and Defense, Roger Roberts' passion for winning and leadership of people has inspired teams to achieve extremely challenging goals. Combining this energy with a strong technical background, domain knowledge, and experience leading a multi-billion dollar business has produced breakthrough results and led to recognition as one of the top industry strategists.

Dr. Roberts has developed strategic market and business strategies, new business processes, created new lines of business, and led extremely competitive multi-billion dollar program capture campaigns. Dr. Roberts has a PhD in Engineering from the University of California, Irvine, and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Sun Federal, KOR electronics, and SSCI.


David James
President of John Goyak & Associates
A JG&A associate since 1996, David James has led all phases of the campaign lifecycle from opportunity identification through award. A hands-on participant in major JG&A engagements, Mr. James excels at honing teams’ win strategies and offerings, then translating them into a unique and compelling value proposition. Prior to joining JG&A, Mr. James held a variety of engineering and business development positions with the McDonnell Douglas Corporation. He brings in-depth familiarity with a broad range of technologies and U.S. Government customers—including NASA, all DoD branches, and the Intelligence Community. Mr. James graduated from Princeton University where he studied Mechanical   and Aerospace Engineering.


Bruce Mitchell
President of NextLevel Performance Solutions
Bruce Mitchell is a results-driven leader with over 19 years experience in managing sales and business operations in both domestic and international IT markets. He has a demonstrated record of success in designing and implementing strategies and programs across organizations to identify target and penetrate key markets. Before joining The Goyak Group, Bruce led Allegis Group's European Operations throughout the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Germany and Holland. Bruce has held various executive positions within TEKsystems, Aerotek and Maxim Group, all Allegis Group companies designing and executing corporate strategy, leading teams, increasing revenues, and managing growth. Bruce graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Rollins College.
